Arbor Hospice & Arbor Palliative Care

Arbor HospiceWhen you or a loved one need help with advanced illness, there is a place to turn.

Arbor Hospice helps individuals with a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness focus on what’s important to them. We recognize that often times it’s the simple things in life that mean the most – being able to enjoy a walk outside, sharing a cup of coffee with a friend or reminiscing with family. By addressing the fears and symptoms most commonly associated with end-of-life, patients and their families can enjoy their time together.

Since 1984, Arbor Hospice, a non-profit organization, has been helping patients and families through the difficult end-of-life process by providing the highest quality physical, emotional and spiritual support. Arbor Hospice is a patient and family support service that keeps the patient comfortable, teaches the family to provide care and offers emotional and spiritual support. Each care plan is individualized to the specific needs of the patient and family.

Whether you need a single consultation for relief of suffering, advance care planning or end-of-life care, Arbor Hospice and Arbor Palliative Care can help. Visit www.arborhospice.org or call (800) 997-9266 for more information.
