The A2Y Rx PlusCard will provide savings of up to 75% on prescription drugs, including brand name drugs and is accepted at over at over 50,000 pharmacies across the country.
The Chamber is proud to offer you and your family access to a free Discount Health Savings Card. Simply print your free card below and receive savings of up to 75% (savings average around 30%). This program is being provided to you and your family to help lower your prescription drug costs. Simply create and print your FREE Prescription Drug Card below and receive savings of up to 75% (discounts average roughly 30%) at more than 56,000 national and regional pharmacies. This card can be used as your primary plan and/or it can be used on prescriptions not covered by your insurance plan. The A2Y Rx PlusCard has no restrictions, including membership, income or age limitations and residents are not required to complete an application. The A2Y Rx PlusCard is being launched to help uninsured and underinsured residents afford their prescription medications. However, the program can also be used by people who have health insurance coverage with no prescription benefits, which is common in many health savings accounts (HSA) and high deductible health plans. Additionally, people who have prescription coverage can use this program for non-formulary or non-covered drugs.
On the “Plus” side, the A2Y Rx PlusCard can also be used by Michigan residents for discounts on Eyeglasses, Hearing, Nutritional Supplements, Pet Medication, Diabetic Supplies and more!
