Certificate of Origin

The purpose of Certificate of Origin is to authenticate the country of origin of the goods being shipped. These documents are vital for international commerce.

As a benefit of membership, the A2Y Chamber provides them to our members for free. Non-members can obtain Certificates of Origin from the A2Y Chamber for only $30.00.

To obtain a certificate of origin you will need to fill provide a notarized affidavit and a completed certificate of origin form.

There is a notary located on the first floor of our Ann Arbor office in the Key Bank. They can assist you with the affidavit.
