What is the Foundation?
The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting charitable and educational initiatives that benefit the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti region.
Through leadership development programs, educational opportunities, and community-focused initiatives, the Foundation invests in people, partnerships, and ideas that strengthen the region and help it thrive. Its mission is to foster long-term community impact by empowering future leaders, encouraging collaboration, and supporting efforts that promote regional growth and prosperity.
A2Y Leadership
The unique quality of life we enjoy in the Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti region is a result of strong leaders and responsible citizens. A2Y Leadership, offered by the Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti Regional Chamber, presents a rare opportunity for individuals to develop their leadership strengths, gain direct access to local movers and shakers, and define their roles as true stewards of the community.

Award Program
The purpose of this program is to promote business and community growth and development by promoting educational programs designed to strengthen and expand the skill level and income potential of all within the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area.
This program recognizes educational programs and/or educators in the local K-12 schools (Washtenaw County) that deserve to be emulated in other K-12 schools.
