A.J. Grzesiak, PT, DPT, OCS is a 2005 graduate of Central Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in psychology. A.J. then went on to the University of Pittsburgh for his graduate studies receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2008. A.J. worked for 4 years in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Lexington, KY prior to moving back home to Michigan to become a partner with Renue Physical Therapy.

A.J.’s philosophy in physical therapy includes a patient centered model of one on one care incorporating a hands-on, manual therapy based approach and the current best evidence for practice. A.J. is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association’s Board of Clinical Specialties. A.J. treats a wide variety of outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders including but not limited to neck and back pain, extremity pain, post-operative rehab, sports injuries, whiplash associated disorder, worker’s compensation injuries, chronic pain issues, gait dysfunctions, vestibular disorders, balance issues and fall prevention.

Sheila Doeden
As the Co-Owner and Client Service Director she works with community partners on educating the public about services for Senior’s. Sheila enjoys talking with families of prospective clients, helping them find resources and providing quality care. Sheila has worked with the aging population for over 20 years and in addition has cared for elderly family members as well. This has helped her to identify a number of key issues families caring for a loved one deal with every day.
Sheila sits on the Board of Directors for The Michigan Association for Home Care and Chairs of their Private Duty Committee. She has A Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Health Administration.

In the early 1980s, Jerry worked as a state of Michigan co-manager for Homelife Insurance Company, now known as Phoenix Homelife. As an investment professional, he was deeply dissatisfied with the broker/dealer alternatives then available. And so in 1983, he made the decision to establish Sigma Financial Corporation as a way of creating the services he had been seeking.

The following year, he founded Sigma Planning Corporation (SPC) to function as an SEC-registered investment advisor. Originally intended as a means of providing Sigma representatives with fee-based planning opportunities, the firm currently offers numerous money management services, allowing reps to compete effectively in the rapidly growing fee-based money management business.

In 2013, Jerry celebrated Sigma’s 30th anniversary. A graduate of the University of Natal, Durban in South Africa, Damian Farrell began his career in Natal before relocating to Ann Arbor, MI. in 1987. There he established the Damian Farrell Design Group after a six year internship. After selling his firm and an interim period of working in both a large andmid-sized architecture firm, Damian restarted Damian Farrell Design Group, PLLC in July 2008.
